When Things Get Hot (4 CE Hours)

 

The goal of this course is to help you understand how to handle varying markets (with the emphasis being a hot market). Students will learn how to evaluate multiple offers, the significance of escalation clauses (and how to handle them) and practical tips about presenting offers. Students will also learn how to prepare buyers for a seller’s market, and various seller coaching techniques in a hot market.
